Steve Gannon opened the Gannon Insurance Agency in August, 2000. Opening the agency gave Steve the opportunity to use all his prior education and training to help the people in his community obtain the best insurance products available at the best price.
Steve is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance and later his Masters in Business Administration.
Prior to opening his own agency, Steve worked for Prudential and Cigna as a Property and Casualty Claims Adjuster. He held the position of Registered Representative at New York Life Insurance where he sold life insurance and financial products. He also sold auto, homeowners and life insurance for Allstate. Steve has worked both ends of the insurance business–as a company man and currently as an advocate for his clients. That’s what makes the decision to buy from the Gannon Agency a great decision–you obtain access to years of training, experience and wisdom. Steve Gannon is truly an expert in his field!
Tonya Hunsberger has more than 13 years of experience as both a personal and commercial insurance agent. In that time, Tonya has helped many clients understand their insurance needs and make an educated decision to purchase it.

Insurance has a language of its own, and I like to make it simple for clients to understand. By showing people all the options available to them, I help them make an educated choice that fits their needs and their budget; while buying from a top-notch insurance company!”
Geri began her career in the insurance industry as a claims reporting specialist in 1993. She worked for a large insurance company in the local area and was soon promoted to Claims Processor for both Auto and Homeowners Claims. In 2007 she switched to Sales and Customer Service becoming the Lead Customer Service Representative in 2012.
Due to downsizing at her previous company, Geri joined the Gannon Agency in November 2016 and enjoys speaking to customers in person or over the phone to handle their insurance needs. With 23 years of experience in the industry, she is certainly qualified to help consumers make good insurance purchasing decisions. She holds both PA and NJ licenses in Property and Casualty Insurance.
When away from the office, Geri enjoys visits with her adult children, reading, and traveling throughout the United States.
Andrea has been in the insurance industry since 1998. Andrea enjoys the one-on-one experience with a client. She likes being able to offer a client several options to fill their insurance needs. Providing a great customer service experience is something Andrea strives for everyday.
“The best part of my job, besides providing our clients with the insurance coverage they need, is building a long-term relationship. Sure, people want the best price but most of them still want to know that their agent cares. Our clients are our family. I try to find a personal connection with them, give them a friendly experience. I go the extra mile to find answers to their questions and try to make them feel like I am always available. I really enjoy working with people and love what I do!”
Ashley Romm, licensed Property and Casualty Agent, joined the Gannon Agency in 2015 as a Customer Advocate. In her own words: “I love to treat each customer with the utmost respect and provide the same level of customer service that I would like to receive.” Ashley loves to make complicated insurance matters simple for clients to understand; and she loves to help clients make the best decision for their situation. She always goes the extra mile doing research to be sure the client gets the best information available. When not at the office, she loves to bake, cook and spend quality time with her family.
April has been employed by the Gannon Agency since June 2011 as an Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining the Gannon team, she had worked in a Chiropractor’s office doing Medical Billing for over 25 years. April enjoys her position at the agency which includes answering the phones, greeting clients, managing projects, etc. In fact, April is the first person that you see when you come in the front doors of the Gannon Agency and she always greets everyone with a warm smile.
April has been married for 22 years and has 2 children (one in high school and one in college) and a beautiful granddaughter. She enjoys time spent with her family, camping, hiking, biking & crafts. She is an avid animal lover and has rescued a number of animals.
Jeff joined the Gannon team in 2016. He is currently performing administrative duties in the office. He brings a positive outlook into the workplace and is excited about the opportunities ahead, working at the Gannon Agency. He loves helping people and gets along well with any client who walks into the office. Jeff grew up in Levittown and is a proud Truman High School graduate.
He’s also a real fitness enthusiast! You will find him at the gym 4 to 5 times every week. When Jeff is not working or working out, you can find him singing karaoke with friends, or spending time with his two year old nephew and family.
Protection Advisor Assistant
Stephanie joined the Gannon team in 2018. She is currently working as a Protection Advisor Assistant while she works on becoming a licensed Insurance Agent. Stephanie has over 15 years of customer service experience (banking and retail). She enjoys helping customers and makes that her #1 priority.
Originally from New England Stephanie moved to PA is 2005. Stephanie has three children, ranging from high school to elementary age. She also enjoys cooking, baking, crafts, listening to music and going back to New England to visit family.
I joined the Gannon team in 2018 as a Protection Advisor. I come to the Gannon team with 17 years of experience working for a large insurance co. I’m always striving to learn new products available to give my clients the best possible coverage for their needs at the best price, while forming a relationship of trust. “I love being able to give my clients a better understanding of their insurance needs, and knowing they feel good about their protection giving them peace of mind.”
While not at work, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and our combined 4 children, ranging from 10 years old to 17 years old. I enjoy swimming, going to the beach and hiking.

With a diverse background in sales, risk management and information technology (electronic record-keeping for hospitals), Chad has specialized in commercial insurance since 2015. In order to satisfy himself that he provides the best possible advice and service, Chad has acquired the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) Designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
In order for a business to purchase commercial insurance properly, a complete understanding of the risks is essential. Chad specializes in helping businesses assess those risks and purchase the proper insurance for optimal loss control. This is not always about the price or the Insurance Carrier—but the “best fit” for the company’s circumstances, history and current business profile.
Chad is meticulous in assessing risks and strives to educate clients about their insurance policies. Some say he’s more of a consultant than a Commercial Insurance Producer! In addition, Chad continues to work with clients well after the sale to be sure that as the business changes the insurance products are adaptable.
Chad likes working here in Bensalem where the Gordons reside. When not engrossed in client details, Chad enjoys rooting for all 4 Philadelphia sports teams along with his wife, their two children, and Maddy their golden retriever!
