My neighbor recently called to tell us that her contractor removed a tree from our property and she expected payment for it. She could not fully explain what happened to make her contractor remove this tree which was not too near to her home. As far as I knew the tree was healthy, but we have had considerable snow this year which may have weakened the tree. However, I would have liked to been informed before my tree was removed down to the soil so that I could have documented the issue with a photograph and perhaps applied for assistance from my insurance company. I feel as if I am being shaken down by my neighbor, who btw has two trees down in my side yard. Her contractor made no effort to remove these trees. I&#039;m not sure what to do next.</description>
