Steve Gannon founded the Gannon Agency to make a difference in the local community. After working as a claims adjuster and a producer for Allstate, Steve recognized what was missing in the local market and set out to create it–personal service from a full-service agency. Steve wanted to create an agency that is not limited by the offering of one company; that could offer each individual the insurance product that would best suited to their needs.

He also wanted to create an agency where old-fashioned customer service would be the most important feature.
